Privacy: The on-chain commit reveals nothing about the recipient or amount until reveal. Use Flashbots Protect RPC when revealing to prevent mempool snooping.
Safety: If the recipient never reveals, the sender can reclaim after 30 days. If the contract is permanently shut down, reclaim is immediate.
Guardian: A Gnosis Safe multisig can pause the contract in emergencies but cannot access funds. Guardian powers expire in April 2029.
